What do men want and women don’t in a relationship? In our society today can men and women be in a monogamist relationship til death do us part? Divorce rates tell us differently! Do you want to find out more information on gender observations involving trust? Read on to see what happens to this couple’s behavior, when a male doctor and a female nurse are not on the same page concerning their patient…..
Husband goes to the doctor to see about his gout. He is told to go get some blood tests done and come back in 1 week. He does and the doctor tells him everything looks good, except for your uric acid level is high. Then he turns around and leaves the examining room. The husband sat waiting for the doctor to return. Then the nurse walks in and gives him a prescription and tells him, “This is for the pain and inflammation for the gout. You can have it filled at the pharmacy across the street. The doctor wants to see you in 3 months, stop by the appointment desk at the front to schedule your appointment.” Husband makes appointment and goes straight home because the pharmacy is closed by the time he gets out of the doctor‘s office.
Next day, the wife drops off the prescription at the same pharmacy to have it filled because the husband is at work. She is told by the pharmacy assistant that it will not be ready until the late afternoon. Husband comes home from work and they both go to pick up the prescription on their way to grab a bit to eat at a restrurant. They are waited on promptly and are asked to pay for the prescription, which they do. Then the pharmacy assistant asks if he has ever taken this prescription before. He says, “no.” She told him to step to the next counter and she will have the pharmacist explain what is it for and the side effects that it could cause. The pharmacist explains that this medication is for your heart and to lower your cholesterol and places the medicine down on the counter. The husband picks up the medicine, throws it in the plastic bag and says, “That is the wrong medicine! I am supposed to have medicine for pain and inflammation for my gout!” Pharmacist says, “Let me see the bottle so I can make sure that there is no mistake.” Husband says, “No, you already saw the bottle and told me it was for my heart and to lower my cholesterol!” The pharmacist insisted again to see the bottle, so he could compare the prescription with the hard copy that was originally given to fill. Husband said, “No!” Then the wife said to her husband, “Let him compare it to the prescription that I brought in to be filled, so we can find out what is going on. If they made a mistake, then it can be corrected here and now.” The husband insisted that the pharmacist go get the hard copy and then compare it in front of them. Pharmacist brought the hard copy, compared it with them, and said, “The medication filled is the same medicine on the prescription’s hard copy. You will have to see your doctor if there is a concern about what he prescribed.” Husband storms out of the pharmacy, while the wife tells the pharmacist, “thank you for all your help.”
When the wife comes out of the pharmacy, she sees her husband heading for the doctor’s office across the street and runs to follow him. Finally catching up with him at the elevators, she tells him to calm down before talking to the doctor’s office. He storms into the doctor’s office and slams down the bottle of medicine in front of the receptionist. She asks, “Can I help you, sir?” He says, “I want to know why I was prescribed heart and cholesterol medication, when I was told by the nurse that this medication is for pain and inflammation for my gout? I want to see the doctor!” She replies, “Let me get someone to help you. Your doctor is not in the office today.” He says, “Then I want to see the nurse who gave me this prescription!” She replied, “She isn’t here either today. I can let you speak to another doctor or nurse, if you would like.” He said, “Yes, I want to get this cleared up today!” The wife, who is clearly upset with her husband’s behavior, decides to sit down in the lounge to wait for him, rather than witness his outbursts all over again.
The husband explains everything to another doctor and nurse. This doctor, who is looking over his records, is a cardiologist. He explains to the husband that he needs to take this medicine because the blood tests revealed very high levels of his triglyriseriods that cause concern for his cholesterol and heart. Husband said, “My doctor told me everything looks good, except my uric acid is high and the nurse told me that this prescription was for pain and inflammation for my gout!” Doctor replies, “I don’t know what you were told and I am not going to get into that with you. I only know what I see from your records here.” Husband storms out of the doctor’s office, right past his wife and straight for the elevators. The wife says, “thank you” to the receptionist and runs to the elevators asking him, “What happened in there? Did you talk to a doctor?” Husband shouts, “They don’t know what they are doing or talking about! I am not going to take this medicine!”
Do you think a trust was broken here? Was the nurse and doctor on the same page concerning the patient? What about the wife running after her husband, then getting the brunt of his outbursts? Did he even consider his wife at all in all of this? Should we question any of his or her behavior? And where is the prescription for the pain and inflammation for the gout? What is your gender observations telling you about how men and women treat each other in stressful situations, especially concerning trust issues????

After All, We Are Friends
By Sandy Cabral
Do you think that men are more unfaithful than women in their relationship? Would you say it is in their nature to be? Statistics show that more men cheat in the relationship. What has been your own gender observations concerning this question? Why do you think men are more proned to violate the trust with their significant other? Does it involve the intimacy they seek in the relationship that they do not presently have? Take for instance this friendly couple’s situation…..
Bill and Meg have been married for 7 years and expecting their second child in a few months. Their good friends are John and Kim, who have no children. Bill and John work together at the same company. Kim works as a home interior designer and Meg is a stay at home Mom with a daughter 3yrs. old and a baby on the way. When John was sent out west by the company to do research for a few months, he asked Bill if Kim could call him and Meg, if she needed anything major, because they had no relatives living there to help. Bill told him yes, it would be fine. After all, they are all friends!
Around 3 weeks after John had gone out west, Kim started calling Bill to come over to fix this or that in the house. Meg began to notice that this was becoming too frequent. Every weekend for 2 months straight, he was over at Kim’s house fixing something. Meg, who was now a week away from her due date, received a message on the answering machine at 3:00pm from Kim, saying that she had made Bill a special dinner to thank him for all of his help in fixing things around the house. She went on to say that she had invited him over for the dinner after he got off work today at 3:30pm and she needed him to fix the pipes under the sink that were leaking.
When 8:00pm rolled around and Bill wasn’t home yet, Meg called Kim’s house, but no one answered the phone and she noticed that the answering machine wasn’t on to take her message. Then when midnight came, she called again with the same results. Meg stayed up all night waiting for him to come home. At 4:00am she woke her daughter, placed her in the car seat and drove off to Kim’s house on the other side of town.
She parked the car down the street in view of Kim’s house. Meg’s daughter was sound asleep in her car seat. She waited for a hour and then Bill walked out of the house with Kim’s arm around his waist. They paused at Bill’s truck as Kim kissed him over and over again. Meg couldn’t believe her eyes, but knew that she had confirmed their affair. She waited until Bill drove off, went to a pay phone crying and called John to tell him the truth.
How would you have handled this gender observation? Do you think Meg did the right thing by telling John? Do you think that Bill lacked sex from Meg being pregnant, has anything to do with what happened? And what about Kim? Does she really miss her husband, John? I’d say that Kim got her pipes fixed, wouldn’t you? Did John set this situation up by making the mistake of trusting his friend while he is clear out west? Can we really place our trust in anyone when it comes to a man and a woman being together alone? What is you gender observations telling you? After all, they were friends!

An Affair In The Works
By Sandy Cabral
Do you know what men want and women don’t? Have you ever considered the gender differences in your relationship? What observations have you come to realize? Do you know the triggers and tricks to make your relationship a lasting one? Read what happens to this couple in a surprising turn of events that gives you a unique insight. After all breaking up is bad enough, but what makes a man or woman take back the other when the trust is broken in the relationship? Is it the insecurities one feels or the fear of loneliness, or something else entirely?
A woman is working away at the office on Monday morning, when the phone rings at around 10:00am. She answers it promptly, thinking of course that it is work related. When a woman caller on the other end asks for her, she quickly answers, “This is her, how can I help you?” The woman caller goes on to say, “I work with your husband and I thought you should know that he is having an affair here at work with another woman and it has been going on for a long time.” The now stunned woman asks, “Who is this and how do you know for sure?” The woman replies, “I have seen them kissing, hugging, fooling around and so have others here at work” and hangs up the phone. The still stunned woman sits there with her mind racing over the possibility of, is this true? Knowing that her husband leaves for work at 2:30pm, she tells her boss that she has an emergency at home and has to leave right away.
She arrives home to find him already dressed for work. He asks her, “What are you doing home so early? Are you sick?” She replies, “Why are you already dressed for work when you don‘t have to be there until 2:30pm, that’s 4 hours from now?” He answers, “I was going to go look around at the mall before I have to go to work.” She said, “We need to talk. I received a phone call this morning from a woman who works with you. She told me that you are having an affair with another woman at work for a long time. She said that she has seen you two kissing, hugging and fooling around and other people there at work have seen you.” He denies everything and asks who the woman was? The wife tells him that she doesn’t know who the woman is. “Is it true? Are you having an affair? Who is it with?” He denies everything again. She is very upset and tells him, “Someone just doesn’t call you up out of the blue and tells you that your husband is having an affair, if he isn’t having an affair! Do you think I am stupid?” He answers, “No”, walks out the door and drives away in his car.
She waits up for him that night to continue the conservation further. He walks in and begins to tell her, “Before you say anything, I have to tell you that I have been put on suspension for 3 days for inappropriate behavior with a co-worker.” She asks, “What inappropriate behavior are we talking about and who is it with?” He tells her that he was just comforting the woman and that a hug lead to kissing. He was fired from his job after the 3 day suspension at the end of the week when the allegations were proven to be true.
Why do you think the husband continued lieing to his wife, even after she confronted him with the truth? Is anyone really able to trust your significant other when it comes to the opposite sex? Does working opposite shifts and spending less time with one another have anything to do with what happens in your relationship? What does your gender observations tell you ????

Moral Defects
By Sandy Cabral
Have you ever been curious as to why men and women lie? Or the extent of the little white lies? Well, this observation deals with quite a few moral issues to say the very least! Care to rattle some old Skeletons brought to mind by anyone out there……
The month was November, in fact right around Thanksgiving, when a Mother with her four children drove 12 hours to visit her in-laws at the lake for a holiday family reunion. Her husband said he couldn’t take off work just then, but that he would join them on Thanksgiving day, celebrate his birthday the following day, and then drive back home all together. He insisted she take the children and go on ahead. Thanksgiving day came and gone with no arrival of the Husband and Father. She kept calling him at home and work, but no answer, so she left messages. She even called the neighbors to have them check to see if he was ok. They confirmed they saw him leaving the house, but that he wasn’t home right now. Worried, that he didn’t return her calls and didn‘t show up for Thanksgiving, she decided to drive home with the children.
When they arrived home, he wasn’t there. She called his work and this time someone else answered the phone and said he hasn’t been there since the day before Thanksgiving. Just then the front door opens and in walks the Husband and Father of her children, surprised to see them. She asks him why he hasn’t returned her calls? He says he has been working double shifts for the extra money for the holidays. She tells him, she called his work and was told that he hasn’t been to work since before Thanksgiving day. She then tells him that he isn’t dressed in his work clothes now, so where has he been? He said that he had gone to the store, but wasn’t going to drive 12 hours for just two days to be with his family because he was too tired from working so much. And he doesn’t know who she talked to, but he has been working in another area of the plant to get the extra holiday hours. She understands, drops the subject and makes a special dinner to show her appreciation for all of his hard work.
The next day is his birthday and he had to work. She makes the coffee, packs his lunch. He gives her a big hug, long kiss and squeezes her behind before he rushes out the door. Later that morning, she and the children call him to see how his day is going and to wish him a happy birthday. He says don’t put the children on the phone, I want a divorce and hangs up the phone. She now is devastated, confused and waits for his arrival at home. He finally comes home late at night when the children are in bed. He tells his wife that he never loved her at all for the 20 years that they have been married and he wants a divorce, then hides his head underneath the throw pillows on the couch. She says “that can’t be true, you made love to me last night. We need to talk about whatever is bothering you and work things out. Are you having an affair?” He says he isn’t having any affair, the marriage is over with, grabs her by the hair dragging her out to the car yelling that she needs to get out. The children wake up, see there Father, start yelling and crying for him not to take their Mother away. He runs back into the house to the bedroom and locks the door. She calls the minister at their church for guidance. The minister arrives to speak to them separately, because the husband refuses to discuss it all together. The husband leaves the house after talking to the minister. The minister tells the wife that he believes her husband is having an affair because he couldn’t face him when he was asked the question about an affair.
So the next day, the wife and her girlfriend decided to disguise themselves and follow the husband when he left the house. They followed him, in another friends car, to a house on the far side of the city. She wrote down the address and contacted a private investigator the following day. Within the next few months the investigator had enough evidence to confirm that the husband was having an affair with another married woman that he worked with at the plant. He had pictures, witnesses and evidence that it had been going on for over 2 years. She started the divorce proceedings that same day.
Why do you think he lied about the affair, if the marriage was over? Why didn’t he leave her 2 years ago? What about saying that he never loved her at all? Do you think he was lying to himself? Why didn’t she confront them when she followed him to that house? The other woman is married too! Lies, lies, lies!!! What about the four children and how their lives are changed forever? What is happening to our society? Is it easier to give up than to work together on a marriage? What is your gender observations telling you about today’s morals ????

Truckers Delight
By Sandy Cabral
This one is for all the TRUCKERS out there! An eye opening gender observation of men and a beautiful woman in action. Dare to hear more…..
A pearl white Peterbilt diesel with a 53 ft. trailer on the back pulls into the Petro truck stop right up to the diesel pumps. The door swings open and out climbs a beautiful blonde woman from the passenger side that turned all the truckers heads. She walked straight into the Petro truck stop. The trucker who was driving got out and began to clean his windshield and pump diesel fuel. When the truck was filled up, he went inside, paid for the fuel and headed for the restroom. Then the beautiful blonde woman walks out of the women’s restroom and straight to the truck. She tries to open the door and finds it locked. She stands in front of the truck and keeps looking all around.
Two more diesel trucks pull in to fill up with fuel. They get out of their trucks and start pumping fuel while watching the beautiful blonde woman walking back and forth. The two male truckers begin talking to each other and when their trucks were full they both walk into the Petro to pay. They both came back out, walk straight over to the beautiful blonde woman and started talking. All of a sudden, mad as heck, she yells out loud, “I am not a hooker, I am married”, and starts to walk towards the Petro. The two truckers pursue her with cat calls and whistles. As she reaches the door of the Petro, the driver of the truck that she got out of, walks out. He hears the cat calls and whistles and yells at her, “I told you not to wear daisy-dukes and a halter top”. He then grabs her hand and walks her back to the truck as quickly as possible and drives off.
Do you think the attention she received was her fault because of the way she was dressed? Or do you think that the two truck driver’s manners were way out of line to begin with? Should a woman be able to wear what she wants, when she wants, where she wants? What is your gender observations telling you ????

Should a woman be able to wear what she wants, when she wants, where she wants? What is your gender observations telling you ????

Hot Spot Fiasco
By Sandy Cabral
Well, I see you are back again for another realization of live notation! That is just a cute way of saying my gender observation has recently taken me to a hot nightclub this time. And yes, men are far different than women! Want to hear about it more…..
A young engaged couple, (rings & all that you know), is drinking and dancing the night away. Having a great time, laughing, kissing and holding each other close! When all of a sudden the engaged lady leaves the table they are seated at and walks into the women’s restroom. The engaged man, then asked another woman to dance and continues dancing with her for a few songs.
Now, the engaged lady comes back from the restroom and sees him out on the dance floor with another woman. While she is standing there with a stunned face looking at him, a man comes up and asks her to dance. She goes out on the floor to fast dance with him and one song goes into another song. So they continue fast dancing. She comes off of the dance floor when the song turned into a slow dance and returns to their table where the engaged partner is now waiting. Her engaged partner yells at her for dancing with another man. At that moment, the man who she was dancing with comes up behind her, swings her around and kisses her immediately on the lips.
Now her engaged partner is outraged and starts fighting with the other man. The bouncers show up to stop the fight. Her engaged partner was thrown out of the nightclub for knocking the other man out cold.
Do you think that the engaged man started things in motion by asking another woman to dance while she was using the restroom? Or do you believe that the engaged lady thought, “what is good for the gander is good for the goose,” when she saw him dancing with another woman? Was it his or her fault for the outcome? Do you think she lead the other man on? What is your outlook on this surprising event? Or was it really such a surprise? After all men and women do think differently, don’t they ????

Ring Tip Smoothie
By Sandy Cabral
How about this real life gender observation for you? See how this mind set shows the difference between men and women’s thinking. Ready! Here goes!!!
A married couple, in their early 30’s I’d say, walked into Pizza Hut and sat down to order. She orders a garden salad with ranch dressing and a coke. He orders spicy hot chicken wings, smoothie, and to go a cheese pizza. They appear to be clearly enjoying each others company by touching hands as they smiled, their eyes connecting, and talking with interest in each others words as they enjoyed the meal.
When they finished eating, the waitress brought the boxed pizza to go and placed the bill in the center of the table. The husband looked at it and voiced the amount that was due to his wife. The wife reached for her purse and walked to the counter to pay for the meal with the bill he handed over to her. The husband pulls out a five dollar bill from his Levi jeans pocket and began to fold the bill up to form a ring.
Just then the wife returned from paying the bill and said nicely to her husband to leave the tip on the table for the waitress. He immediately got up and went to search for the waitress to give her the tip. The waitress came from around the corner and stopped in front of the cash register. The husband saw her, took her hand, placed the money ring on her finger and said thank you, while still holding her hand in between his hands and smiling as he gazed for moments at her face.
The wife, who was still standing at the table, was completely unaware that he had made a money ring for the waitress as her tip, until she watched him in action at the register. His wife was so upset that she stormed out of the restaurant.
Now why would a husband do this? Should the wife had confronted him and caused a seen in the restaurant? What goes through a man’s mind? Do you think that the husband was making himself out to look available for the waitress? Really, what do you think about this gender observation ????

Shopping Cart Casanova
By Sandy Cabral
Do you really know your man or woman? Are you tuning into his or her needs?
Want to find out? This article gives a situation that challenges the way men and women think. A real gender observation!
So did I catch your interest yet? Well I should have, if you’ve ever wondered about the different ways that men and women think. It is amazing what I observe every day. Take for instance the other day, (and I’m sure that someone out there can relate to this one), why would a man, who is married, go out of his way to get every woman that walks up to the local retail store a shopping cart? Hum-m! Just the women, mind you, not children or another man.
Now let me clear some of this up for you. The man didn’t work at the retail store in any way. He and his wife, (both middle aged), were potential shoppers, who were entering the store like everyone else. In fact they were just laughing and holding hands, until he let go of her hand to walk over to get a shopping cart. There the wife stood with his box of “Just For Men” dye and the receipt in her hand watching and waiting for him.
After five women, (also middle aged), had their carts given to them by this happily smiling man. The wife’s face changed in such a way that was clearly a sign of anger. She was no longer going to wait, but walked straight into the store, heading for the customer service counter. Later she walked out with a box of L’oreal Super Blonde hair dye for women.
Now, one might say that he was just being a gentleman. But a gentleman would be gracious to all that approached him to give them a shopping cart, would he not? Or is that the thinking of a woman’s point of view? I wonder if he is still looking for his wife in the store. Do you think that the wife, who was waiting for her husband, was being disrespected by her husband because he was only catering to the women? Or do you think that the husband needed some sort of validation from other women that he is still “The Man”? And what about the Super Blond hair dye? Looks like someone traded in one dye for another. Hum-m! What does that tell you? Men and women certainly look at things differently! Well, what do you think ????
